It seems a lot of unhealthy low energy chemistry you intake.

Why not cooked or steamed vegetables, poultry and fish with wholemeal cereals, fruits inlcuded ?

Hi Rocky. Men tend to lose weight more quickly because they have more muscles (in percent). Try to eat only cooked food (vegetables, poultry, fish) and fruit excluding bananas.
