I know free weight exercises for the outer part of the elbow, but what about for the inner part. any tricep exercises i do just makes it worse.

Thanks Pat. I'm just a little behind. I should have a million for the season right now, my goal is to get 2 million. Looking back, July was a bad month for rowing with vacation and work. I will get caught up soon enough though.

This is my first FRC, and I know I don't post much, but I do read the forum. It has been interesting reading as well as incentive to keep rowing. When I started the challenge my goal was 100,000. There was no way I could do 200,000. I have finished with 241,785 and I am proud of that accomplishment....

I have the elbow pain and had just recently done a search on the forum about it. I have taken a few days off to rest and started wearing the tennis elbow straps to help support the tendons. Haven't rowed with them yet but it sure has helped the pain.

Because of the amount of squats on my initial test, I started a week 5, and am bored with it. But I can tell a slight improvement in my rowing, and I can do more squats and not have the muscle pain for 4 days after. I am going to retest but use some weights this time. I wonder about maintaining the ...
