This is my first FRC, and I know I don't post much, but I do read the forum. It has been interesting reading as well as incentive to keep rowing. When I started the challenge my goal was 100,000. There was no way I could do 200,000. I have finished with 241,785 and I am proud of that accomplishment....

Because of the amount of squats on my initial test, I started a week 5, and am bored with it. But I can tell a slight improvement in my rowing, and I can do more squats and not have the muscle pain for 4 days after. I am going to retest but use some weights this time.
