Jean,

Next Tuesday, I will be out of town on holidays with a wonderful friend I met through the Ducks in a Row virtual team! :D

I am really looking forward to it. We'll actually be doing some rowing in person, side by side at the Y, so should be fun!

Good luck on Tuesday!

Jean, I am glad that you had a good row with Anne. I checked the results and it looks like you two really cranked out a speedy row. If I am not mistaken it was a PB for you both! Have you ever gotten fast! I am impressed with your 7:25 2K when you have only just taken up rowing!!! Must be natural ta...

I will be on my way to work at the time, so won't be able to join you Arlene. I hope you get some takers though!

I set up a 10k for Thursday, 19:00 GMT. Shannon, I hope that 10k is long enough for you? But of course we can still set up a marathon afterwards, if you still have energy left, and don't want to get bored in between your rows! :) I think 10K will suit me just fine Brigitte! I am all signed up...

Brigitte,

Sure, I am game, that way I can do two rowing workouts in one day! 19:00 GMT works better for me, but I am fairly flexible. If you want to do a long one that is fine by me.

I am Pacific Standard Time. I usually row in the morning between a little after 17:00 GMT to 18:45. Weekends are whenever there is time. I think it would be cool to do some training on RowPro but my schedule is weird. Arlene, what type of workouts do you usually do? I would be available some weeken...

Carla, Susan and any other interested participants, I have posted the workout for Thursday evening at 7:45 EST. That is actually 00:45 GMT Friday morning. Carla, you need to go to the digital rowing website. Then click on Oarbits on the right hand side and log in. Hit session list on the left side. ...

Carla, I think since you are just starting out on RowPro, maybe it would be better to keep it simple and just do a 30 minute row. You are much faster than either Jean or I, so that way we will all finish at the same time, you'll just have lots more metres than we do!! Krysta is interested in rowing ...

Carla,

I could row with you on some evenings. Next week, I would be available on Monday, Thursday and Friday. What kind of rows were you thinking of? I see by your PB's that you are super fast!!

Sorry we couldn't race will put a line on here when it is working again and try to set up another sesh. I'm expecting a call from Rowpro or e-mail to try and sort t...

We see their signs around, tracks and droppings (which my dog thinks are a gourmet treat!!!), but we don't actually see them that often, so it was kind of neat. I was surprised to see that moose like bird seed! That was what happened, he dropped by to have some seeds that we had left out for the bir...

Kit, I am in a similar situation to you. I started with the Ducks, but then the Eh Team came along, and being Canadian I was interested in joining them. I found that I didn't want to leave the Ducks though because I had so many friends on the team. I email privately with several of the women on the ...

Susan, I'll send you your very own personal nudge tomorrow!!
