Top rowing all. On the subject of filling boats, do you think that there may be some people who log their metres for Taff Attack but are unaware of the CTC challenge. It may be an idea to drrop everyone an email. Any thoughts?

Thanks for that Carla, was a terrible row I'm afraid - 3 hrs 49. Had to keep stopping every 5k or so after half way due to pain in bottom area. Only finished because I'm stubborn like that! 75th out of 77 in my age group so plenty of room for improvement to say the least.

Hi Mumbles, just that I did a marathon yesterday and about half way found it really painfull on the old backside - The cushion really helped and I wondered if that was OK for ranking etc.
