Ik roei al zeker een jaar met grote regelmaat (zo'n 40 a 50 minuten 3x per week). De laatste weken krijg ik echter pijn in mijn linker heup, vooral na het roeien. Het voelt als een pees of spier die geïrriteerd is. Weet iemand misschien wat ik fout zou kunnen doen?
