I tried installing the latest version of RowPro, but when I run it, Windows informs me that RowPro has suffered a critical error and shuts it down. Same thing happens with the log book. I have my profile on Concept2.com setup to receive emails from C2. How often are they sent out? I haven't received one in about two months and am wondering if there is something wrong w/ my profile or C2's web site. I've triple checked my email address and have also checked my Spam folder.

Seems like there is some angst about the "bonus" 300 C/Hr. Despite its arbitrary nature, adding the 300 C seems to be consistent with other workout equipment (treadmill, bike, elliptical) for me for a given effort based on heart rate.
