Re: Damper and Drag very different on new erg...
I live on the Canadian East Coast, so ... at sea level. My model D is new, out of the box and I currently row outside quite a bit. The model C that is giving me higher readings for drag is in a gym. Damper and Drag very different on new erg...
Hi, Just got my erg a couple weeks ago and have a question about the drag setting on a new model D. I set it to four, I get 110-115ish. I set it to one, I get as low as 82-85ish. Rowers in Moncton, New Brunswick Canada
Hi,
I will be receiving my erg in the next couple of days and am wondering if there are any rowers (with ergs) in the Moncton - Dieppe area?
Hope to meet up!

I tried it again... I am now dressed for a 5-7 wine and cheese...and in a sweaty mess ! BUT I GOT IT ! If I set the PM2 on regular...just row...mode, splits are only shown using the time function (showing the distance accomplished for the time of a split). Displaying split times on PM2 while rowing
I push 'Ready' and 'Recall' buttons,
The word 'Split' appears on top of the 'Meters' in the display,
I start rowing....
And 'Split' goes away ??
How can I get Splits displayed during my workout ?

Handle / Seat timing while rowing
I have a question on what is recommended as timing for the handle / seat while rowing (both pulling and returning). I have seen some places that will recommend to fully extend the legs, THEN, pull with arms - as one long continuous motion chained together. I have seen some places that will have peop...
