Does anyone know of a dvd or video that I can watch while rowing (I need to row for a minimum of 30 mins and although music helps, I think it would be great to have a video of a course on a river or something like that to help the time pass and motivate me to go longer/faster!

thanks for these tips - i just wondered if there was a quick and easy way to get all these tracks - like a cd? does anyone sell a compilation of music to row to?

Can anyone suggest a cd of music to row to? It's for my husband, who rows for 30 mins at a time and at the moment listens to radio 1 - he can't stand it when the talking starts and needs a compilation cd of upbeat music - can anyone help?
