I already have a polar monitor
The Suunto is not that important to me therefore.
With the PM3 you need to buy the additional reciever if you want HR to show on the monitor if I read things correctly though. Still, the $150 would cover that cost and one of the 3rd party software packages.

I was wondering - What advantage does the PM4 give the home user. The only real difference I saw was the upgrade potential. What kind of upgrades might we be talking about here?
