My garage floor slopes toward the front, big door side. Every time I set up the slides I fiddle around with the bubble level and wood shims.
Has anyone ever fitted threaded, adjustable leveling feet to their slides?
Any other suggestions?
Thanks!

Slides - help needed - hitting ends
When I row on slides, I frequently hit the stops on the back of the slides. This happens more when I'm losing my concentration and/or rhythm, but I really don't know why or how to correct the problem. What I do know is that it's VERY annoying to hit the stops. Would anyone have suggestions? Thanks!

Xeno DVDs - which one(s) for long rows?
Hopefully I can get some guidance on this question - My doctor wants me to do a full hour of continuous cardio daily. I've done a half dozen or more of these in front of the TV. I think that it would be much more fun with a Xeno DVD, but need guidance as to which one(s) are most suitable for long ro...

Just logged my first 10,000 meters on the Holiday Challenge wearing JL rowing shorts, solo/commando. Can't imagine adding another layer inside, especially cotton! These shorts seem very warm even though I rowed in the garage with the door open. Mid 50's here in So Cal. Don't know if they'd be too wa...

Rowing Shorts
Sorry to be so lame as to ask this delicate question, but what does one wear under rowing shorts...or are they like bicycling shorts where "commando" is the rule?

My HRM worked fine for a year or more. Then one day I decided to move the rower to a different location for a different view. The monitor was super flaky. I kept checking connections, etc. As it turned out, my new location was near the microwave in the *** DELETE - SPAM ***. Even when it wasn't runn...

I can't figure out why anybody would want to watch (the wasteland) on TV while rowing. I tried it and made my workout intolerably long. A bad distraction. I found it so annoying, I couldn't stand it. I find it's much better to concentrate on pace and form, and get into a zone where the meters fly by...
