Feet and Ankles
I am not having any pain and I am enjoying my rower but I have a question. I apologize for not knowing all the terminology yet but here it goes. When I return to the rower (is this bottom of the catch) and my shins are square to the floor I am on the ball of my feet. Should my feet stay flat at this...

First 2 Rows
I got my Model D with PM3 last night. It is defintiely a quality piece of equipment. I had it together and was rowing in about 15 minutes. Watched the DVD and my form will need some work but I rowed a 2000 meter piece last night in 9:42 and a 5000 meter piece this morning in 29.02. LOL I will defini...

When I started erging,...

My inspiration for rowing is a friends mother. Molly is a wonderful lady back home in New Zealand who decided at age 79 she should try and get more out of life since she had never been to college, worked outside of the home etc. She did a skydiving jump and then took up indoor rowing. Her goal was ...

New to Erging
I have rowed a couple of times now on a public rower (Model C) and love it. I cannot think of another cardio exercise that uses such a large part of the body at once. I have two areas of questions. My first is I am looking at buying my own erg. I have noticed Model Cs on sale on EBay. Since I am new...
