Can you upload a ranked piece from a PM3 directly to the online rankings or the online log? Put a PM3 on my C model and have the software for Row Pro. Thx...F

for sure I'm no pro/fitness freak just curious. Last couple of runs and rows a little higher heart rate and longer sustained effort. Yes the 140's are hard but not as hard as they use to be! Thanks for the comments,links and info....FBS

I asked a question on the health and fitness thread, but no replies. Just curious, as you become more fit, your resting pulse drops or so I've been told. What about the max? Are you able to hit higher rates , do more work at the same level, or a combo or both? ...FBS

male 49 resting 45 erg 171 running 177 both 5 ks. I understand that your resting pulse lowers as you become more fit, but what about your max? Will you increase your max or just be able to do more at the same rate? 2k 7:07 5k 18:59.4

I have a c model rower with a pm2. There is an old a model with a broken monitor. Can I put the pm2 on the a and upgrade my c to a pm3/ pm4? Any help on this greatly apprieciated. FBS

Concept 2 in SI

On page 30 of this week's Sports Illustrated they have the workout of the current UFC light heavy weight champion Chuck Liddel. And they feature a standard rowing machine. Sure looks like a Concept 2, I think you can just make out the logo on the beam.

2000 m old 7:25.8 new 707.5 . the techinque the intensity and now some frequency! Erg 600.00, hockey gear 500.00, ice time 200.00, beating young guys to puck and listen to them curse under their breath.... priceless!
