Damper setting for competition
This may be a naive question, but when competing and rowing a 2000m event, what damper setting is used? Does everyone have to use the same setting? Thank you.

Thanks gentlemen. I will try the strapless rowing and also I saw on another topic about rowing with straight arms as a drill.
