Today was 5x5' 5' rest.

Stroke rate was around 26 for each interval. Very tough workout since yesterday was an all out effort, but happy with the result.

30 minute PB yesterday.
1:51.4 pace down from 1:52.4 pace in December.

Was hesitant to start out fast but I was able to drop the avg heavily over the last 10 minutes, so maybe it was the right strategy.

Am aiming for a sub 1:50 30 minutes within a couple months.

Endurox R4. (www.accelsport.com) Many collegiate cross country and track athletes use it to improve recovery time after hard workouts. If used immediately after a hard workout, you will feel like you've had a day off by the next morning. It may be just a placebo, but I seem to really feel those day...
