There ought to be a very long line of folks who want to apologize for their revolting behaviour last year. I'm not one of them, because I knew Dwayne was for real all the time. Congratulations, Dwayne, on an awesome row! There's a lot to be said for the presumption of innocence, fair play, etc. Nic...

Oh Chad..........
I don't think they have internet access where he is, though. Something about a bad temper or needing anger management training or something. Who woulda thunk it?

Nice job, Dwayne.

Carl Henrik, My comment was not directed at you. Fatboyslim, Long ago, in a former C2 forum, there were some very sharp exchanges over the Crossfit methodology. I don't want to replow old ground; I just found it amusing that what amounts to a Crossfit-type met-con drill would end up here. I don't po...

Hmm -- very Crossfittish (www.crossfit.com), but that used to be a very dirty word around here.

Ok, enough is enough, if its not a blatherfest, then how would you or anyone else fix it. All I've read so far IS blather. There are no constructive comments on how to fix the problem. How would you eliminate cheaters? Short of going to an all race result ranking, I don't believe its possible. This...

Your training program for rowing probably should be based on your observed MHR while erging rather than on a step test. The step test being discussed here is done on an erg. http://www.concept2.co.uk/guide/pdfs/training_guide_v2_chapter_12.pdf Okay, then I was confused about the terms. Thank you fo...

I have been chasing my max heart rate for a week or so, I just bought a monitor. My first try was a 2K that got it up to 177. Next day a 30? minute workout got it to 182. A couple days later a 20 minute workout got it to 184. Last night I did the step test per the UK site, got it to 185. Next week ...

OK: there is a reason most libel suits are in the UK...its becuase the law is LESS restrictive. Second this whole lawsuit crap is just silly. as a lawyer myself I have to say this "you can sue for that" crap is exactly what gives us (lawyers) a bad name. If Dwyane wants to sue let him do it, lets n...

Porkchop, What are you saying? Dwayne should proof on court he is right? You are kidding? I think it is better, he shows everyone in a race what he can. But you are right, what most europeans think of your law system is what you just wrote. GO TO COURT TO SHOW HE IS RIGHT......not in a RACE but in ...

I don't practice libel law, but I believe that American and UK law on libel are significantly different, with the UK being much more restrictive. Choice of law issues in torts cases can be complicated, but I would think that there is a strong likelihood that an Arizona court would be inclined to ap...

The thing is, we only have your word for that. The point is that you can bluster all you like, but there is still no proof forthcoming I am not going to do 100's of posts on this, read my post on why the proof can not be made public. Dwayne needs to clear his name by showing what he claimes he can ...
