I also got this error after upgrading my PM5 to version 24, but only once. During the workouts, I several times get an error code 22291-37.

The mentioned TrainingPeaks site as well as other sites like Strava also support TCX files. This format seems to be more open, as it is XML-based: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Training_Center_XML

Where did you get the rev 0.15 document? The SDK only contains rev 0.14.
