Yes i know this may sound like a joke but i am serious. I hear that if you have sex two nights or the night before a race you would lose testosteron and not be able to pull as hard. Is this true, if so how many days before a race can you do it while keeping the power?

So what is the best thing to eat the night before a normal 1500 meter highschool race, and day of. I usually try to drink for bottles of water the night before and eat pasta. Said it once (elsewhere on this form), I'll say it again. There's nothing on an erg handle that can cause blisters, and there's no rotation of the handle inside the hand like there is in a boat. try readjusting your grip some, experriment a little bit and see if you can come up with something that works.
