Thank you people :) I'll stick to leg stretches from now on. To be honest, I always run well without stretching too much but I thought I'd stretch just to do things as recommended. Well today I managed 9'00" with resistance at 6. This really took it out of me for some reason. I did stretch before, tried to keep the stroke rate above 30 (mainly 31-34) and concentrated on technique.
