New 10K Personal Best: Old= 38:40.0 New= 37:59.3, 24spm congrats! Your do for another: You should be able to knock 5 minutes off that HM time no problem Thanks Nosmo. Yeah... that HM is very old, I'll probably get around to doing one sometime soon. My next goal is to lower my sprint pieces!

Three new PBs in the last two weeks (in the order done): 10k: old pace 1:57.1 new pace 1:56.0 30 min: old pace 1:54.4 new pace 1:53.0 60 min: old pace 1:57.4 new pace 1:56.0 Obviously, the 10k should be faster. Yep, the 2k wasn't 100%, but it was still a personal best meaning that I've made some good improvement. I've been training for a 6k for the last few months, the 2k distance didn't hurt nearly as bad as it used to!

HAHA, no I rowed a 2k for time, then had a 10 minute cooldown, and then rowed a 500 for time. My 2k splits were 1:41, 1:42, 1:43, 1:42 I believe.

Two PBs in the same workout! Don't know what I was thinking, 2k in 6:49.9 and 500m in 1:30.1. Old PBs were 6:53.4 and somewhere around 1:31 in the 500m.

Did my first Half Marathon today.... started off at about 2:10/500m then gradually lowered it down. Did the last 5k fairly hard and finished the entire piece in 88 mins 21 secs at 20spm.
