I know a guy who was under 6 foot, who broke the magic 6 min 2k. He is a national representative though, he was 21 at the time (2001). Anyone who goes under 6min has got to be insane though, it's not for the feint hearted. Good luck with it

Different people have different positions of their sciatic nerve, some naturally have this nerve going down the middle of their butt cheeks, many are slightly off centre, and are more towards outer edge. I would also suggest working on your core streignth (i.e. doing alot of crunches and those sorts of ab workouts).
