drag again

sorry if this has been asked before but what drag factor should i be using? female 40 yrs ,5 foot 2, 9.4 stone and erging approx 10 months...I have been using settin 4 but when checking the drag factor it was showing 110 which seems a little low...??

Ive been erging about 5 months now and would luv to try otw ...question is (prob daft question) how similar is the action? in other words do i have an advantage in using erg?

IP question

Im following the IP level 4 plan..when it advise 2*15 at ut1 what is the benefit of doing 2 lots of 15 mins rather than just 30 mins straight through? I can def see the point of resting between AT upwards intervals but not so sure with ut1?

I was also wondering this as can only train 4 times a week..quick question.. would you advise doing the workouts in order written?
