Hi there,
Can anyone suggest a good rack to car top my single? I'm currently hauling it to the lake on standard racks. Also, is it possible to top a kayak at that same time as a single when it's fully rigged?
thanks,
Z

Hi Jamie... I hear you about graduate school. When I was finishing up my PhD I was a social hermit... working, running, hanging out with my partner - repeat.. I was a delight to live with :P I attended Cambridge Uni in the UK, and I now wish that I had been involved with rowing in some capacity... B...

HI there, I've just read through most of this threat, and I am very impressed with the meters you're putting in! I was actually curious if you scull now? You may have mentioned this someplace else.... I'm a LW woman and I am still fairly new to erging and rowing. I popped a rib in September (stress ...

HI there, A few studies (I'm not sure how controlled they were) have shown a correlation between the consumption of different fatty acids and OA. Omega 6 fats tend to increase inflammation and thus worsen the condition, whilst omega 3s decrease it... My rheumatologist is fairly compelled by this dat...

I'm built more like a runner but can no longer run because of injuries. When fully fit, I find the sports pretty comparable in terms of meters rowed or run. And so, for me at least, 40 miles covered doing each sport feels fairly similar. That said, I'm by no stretch of the imagination built like a r...

Hi all, Think I'm going to take a week from the IP. Since I'm fairly new to erging and I've been following the IP very closely I'm beginning to feel really fatigued. Ack, hope to feel better soon. That said, I've met 200K Holiday Challenge so I feel pretty good about that! I'll still post my paltry ...

Two fairly taxing sessions back-to-back. Yesterday 8 x 2mins @ TR w/2mins rest. On the basis of last 2k test I was aiming for around 2:09. I was fairly pleased with the session, although final two intervals were very tough mentally: warm-up: 25 minutes 2:07.3 sr 29 2:06.5 sr 29 2.06.8 sr 29 2:06.4 s...
