Re: What Training Have You Done Today?
Tried a 2k today, I've been ill with that cough/cold 6 week crap. Been over it now for about a month.
150 drag, 10 MPS...7.50.7...31 out of 259 70-74 Hwt's group....Best 2k for 5 years.
Hwt now, it'll be a struggle to get back to Lwt.
I was seriously out of breath at the end. More intervals needed.

That's right, he has sort of abandoned it because it didn't sell as well as it should have.
But I've used it for 10 years now off and on and find it an invaluable help.
It will last a lifetime.

Re: Seeking coaches for 500m (lightweight)
Hi Bob, yes he is still going, he trained Yifter to win the Worlds in 2012 and is still coaching Yifter.
I spoke with him about a year ago about a problem with the Ergmonitor which we sorted out. It really is one of the finest training aids available and for $100 is the best buy around.

Just read Rick's write up. Very good, he should have been a writer as well as all the other things he is. Excellent.
By the way Rick bring many more Bourbon balls next year, it's going to be a big party in Boston....Just under 6 months left now before the start....
