Did you continue to train rowing using tabata (30hard/10easy)?
What is your conclusion?
Anybody else who has done this kind of training?

Wow....PB
Broke my PB on 5 km:
Was 27/11: 19:28
Now 15/12: 18:54
Is it possible to predict what my 2k would be from these figures?

6 weeks left before competition. How to train?
I've been following the Interactive Training Programme for ½ year. I still need to cut of a few seconds of my 2000 time before my competition. I got 6 weeks left and plenty of time as I don't need to go to work these weeks (!) I have been rowing 3-4 times, cykling 4-5 times and lifting weights 2 tim...

Why is AN not as fast as possible?
Hi.
I am following the 'interactive program'.
Why is it that 'AN' times should be >= a value and not < the value?
I would have guessed that for instance 10x1 minute AN should be as fast as possible?

I count...
I just count the strokes. 1..100 then 200,300..900 then I realize that I am counting in hundreds which gives no meaning and start all over again. Guess this counting is a habit inherited from weightlifting where it makes sense.

Have you ever tried a Concept2?
If not you should.
The harder you pull the harder the resistance.
Go to a gym and try it out. Might be the thing you're looking for.

not Schwarzenegger types
Concept2 wont give you big muscles compared to what training with heavy weigths will. I mean look at the fast rowers...not Schwarzenegger types are they
But yuu will of course benefit from both types of work out.
