Thanks for the replys Will do shorter rows mid-week and the long rows each Saturday morning. Will add 10k each week to the Sayurday row. The long rows will help me suss out food and drink. Hi Goeff I don't know if this helps but here's my story. I did a bit of running and gym work for general fitness. On 18th Sept 2001 I had a motorcycle accident.
