Re: Great Product but Big Egos on here

The problem was a bit in your questions, they where not clear, you asked something, but what excactly? Well I could say something condescending like I don't understand your question because of your spelling but I won't do that. Ironically you are a big reason why I feel the way I feel. So this will...

The only time(s) I got more expensive glasses is because I really liked how they look.

Great Product but Big Egos on here

I love the product and going to continue to use it. But most on here was condescending right off the bat, and flat out tried to make me feel like a piece of sh*t. I didn't appreciate it and found my answers elsewhere past the C2 site itself; also the explanations I found on YouTube really helped. Th...

Re: Guide for levels

The drag is measured by the monitor on the recovery, by the rate at which the wheel slows down. It can't be affected by the elements of the drive. Bob S. Based on that then how do you know the drag #'s are valid at all? This is getting so complicated I am at the point I am going to say to hell with...

Re: Guide for levels

Oh wait, I poked around the blog and stumbled on this. Might be a good chart. Can anyone confirm is this a reliable chart to follow? http://www.concept2.com/files/pdf/us/training/Training_PaceChart.pdf Reliable, yes. Useful? For what? You can calculate any those numbers that you might happen to nee...

Guide for levels

I poked on Concept''s website and so far didn't find anything regarding what I am about to ask for. I know there isn't really a hard rule as to when your level is beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc. but I am sure there is chart/cheat-sheet if you will that based on averages of years of crunching ...

Re: Recommendations for a cheap Windows tablet for RowPro?

Okay, let me clarify. You will need to spend $1000 for something decent. I didn't consider the tablets as well as the more affordable ones, that part is true. I never deal with those for my focus is primarily business users that need their computers to respond instantly. Sorry but a $250 tablet or a...

Re: Damper setting - I don't get it

A lot of fellers would like to see the boat coast 220m after they pull the sticks out out of the puddle, Speedy. Same on the erg. When I stop stroking, accumulated distance number on monitor never increases by more than 10-15m before freezing. Fan/flywheel may continue to move but has no further in...

Re: Weight training and c2

Simple, on cardio day I do C2, on the other days I do weight training. You could break it up with times of days if you want to get more consistent work on both but I believe in break days. But if you want to push the limits morning do one of the 2 and in the evening do the other. Pre-determined rout...

No you are talking my specialty. First I can't recommend the following enough: http://rosstraining.net/forum/ <-- I hope recommending another forum isn't against the rules. http://rosstraining.com/blog/never-gymless/ <--- IMHO it's the bible of bodyweight training books. Re: Surfing

I would if I could but I live on the east coast where the waves are next to none. I have gone to parts on the east coast where we had waves good enough for body board surfing and I caught this one big wave (big for us east coast people) perfectly. I get what that feeling you feel when you get a cool...

Re: Transfer of rowing to running

Rowers row, and runners run. I see it time and time again people trying to use one tool for a focus not related to that tool. Sorry but it is that simple. That isn't to say you can't have more than one focus but you need to put time into both. How to do that? Well there are many ways but the easiest...
