Team discussion areas?

I've seen that the UK site has a location for team discussions, but for some reason I can not post on the UK site- it says that I'm inactive.

Is there a area in this forum that teams are meeting?

Base

Thanks Tom, I looked at both plans and I think that I will eventually use one of them, perhaps a 26 week plan off the UK site. For now, I just rowing for meters trying to get my base in shape- like I would if I was running. I plan on starting a training plan in a month or so. Thanks again for the ad...

How long should I work on my base prior to moving on to bigger and better things? And am I working on my ba...

Body part problem!

OK, lets hope I'm not the first to ask about this... Basicly, my left testical gets in the way while I row. It usually begins after 15-20 minutes of rowing, and continues until I finish. It has not become painful yet, but it does require me to adjust my return stroke a bit to not 'catch' the testica...

ankles

I recently has something similar... swollen band around the ankle, but mine felt sprained or kinked. It turns out I have a bone spur. Sometimes it bothers me..sometimes not.

New to the sport

Hello All, I've had my erg for a couple weeks now and seem to have gotten the hang of it pretty well. One quick question: I understand the actual method for joining a team, but how do I go about selecting or asking for an invite to a team- I'm guessing each team would have different motivations and ...
