thanks for that. Some of my friends got 195, 188..and yeh i think i was the lowest. Personally.. i think thats bad since i should've pushed my self harder.

hey guys, my coach made my crew do a HR test.

It was 6 * 4 min ergoes, slowly increasing the power (proportional to your 2k pb).

The max heart rate i could reach was 179. is this good?

it means that your not pushing hard enough with the legs..lower your spm, and really concentrate on 'psuhing' with your legs. Get the idea that rowing...is about 70% legs, 30% arms.

If you cininue pulling hard with your upper body, u'll endup with really sore forearms.

well, iv got 2 weeks to prepare for the actual rowing season. I've done about 9 weeks of pre-season(weights+ergos). Basically, im not pulling my load in my crew, and need to up my game. What exercises can i do?

hi, i've been rowing competively for 3 years now and im 16 years old. Atm, im 176cm tall, and weigh in at 62kg. IM currently placed in my 2nd 8 crew.
