Re: Invalid power data, if export via PM5/ErgData/logbook
A bug was introduced in the latest release of ErgData for iOS, v2.2.15(2). The pace in the stroke data, which generates the Workout Graph and CSV is off by a factor of 10.
This is an issue that we've just become aware of. An update will be rolled out quickly but I don't know exactly when.

Re: Junk phone call at end of row
You can verify the workout using a verification code. However, unless it is a piece that can be ranked and puts you near the top of the ranking then in my opinion it is not worth doing.

Hi, The link you provided is not accessible at the moment. Can I suggest you send to info@concept2.com so it gets put in as a support ticket? I've not heard of this particular problem, so we'd like to dig into it. It's helpful to know what iOS or Android OS you are using; using the latest version of...

Re: PM5's data freeze after plugin the USB cable
If the Arduino is ONLY connected to the PM5 with the USB cable this should not happen. However, if you are making any other connections (such as to the 2.5mm jack for the generator/sensor wire) I can imagine this happening. I assume you are plugging a USB Type A cable into the Arduino and the B conn...

Re: Error message: the sensor wire is damaged
While there is some possible evidence that the first reboot after upgrade it may produce a false message, if the message continues to be displayed each time you power up the monitor and try to set up a workout then probably the wire is damaged. Depending on the hardware version in your PM5 and which...

Re: PM5 Issue
I'd like to modify my statement as I left out a few words I usually use: [my] Best recommendation is to get the smallest (1G-16G) name brand USB 2.0 flash drive you can get. USB 3.0 may work, but they typically power hogs and will drain battery and/or cause a "USB overload". Dexterdom: I agree, you ...

Re: PM5 Issue
Hi folks, I just got a USB flash drive from a customer who was having trouble and was kind enough to send the troubled drive to me. What we discovered (again) is that not all flash drives are created equal. This one in particular would work for a few seconds after being powered up, then it became no...

All: While I don't mind the responses here on the forum, the best way to report is using the 'feedback' button where we will get some additional information about what happened and your computer's environment. If you don't use a Win/Mac email client (ie you use webmail), copy and paste the draft ema...

Re: New Concept2 Utility and Firmware for PM5
Thanks for the feedback. The new Concept2 Utility 7.00 and higher does upload split data, but not stroke-by-stroke data. You can copy/paste the contents from the email client you don't use into whatever email client you do use and send it. The diagnostic file that was already sent may be helpful, bu...
