I signed up for the team challenge... output will be a little lower since I have started weight training again and end the workout with a row, but rowed meters are a step in the right direction, right?

Ray, I hope you feel better soon! Thanks! Starting to get it back, but was sucking wind this morning! Double edge sword - would love to take a weekday of rowing off, but I find it gets me prepared for the day of stress ahead at work! I'll take the weekend off and hope to be back to "form" by Monday!

Took a week off - we took the kids down to Disney to get away from the cold for a week where I promptly picked up a nice case of the flu... came back Saturday and slept for about two straight days... thought I was feeling better this morning and decided to give it a shot... ran out of gas in 5 minut...

Ok, tooting my own horn. :lol: In the past three months, I have managed to increase my overall average weekly meters from 35K to 50K. A drop in the bucket compared to Heather Hummingbird and Ray who are leading TimbukTOO, but still it is nice to see progress on something I set my mind to. Happy row...

I was hoping to get on a team for the Fall Team Challenge.

Bought my Concept 2 last fall and have generally been in the 165k - 200k per month range - hit my first million in June and am quickly approaching 1.4M.
