No I had to burn up about 2k aday more than I ate. I ate very small meals. no empty cals. Rowed Walked did all kinds of cardio extra efforts.
I was rowing 8-10k a day. 6k per hour is about my average. I am a bit of a turtle.

I hit a point where those last 15 were so slow then I remembered it was 6 weeks before My body would even give up the first 5lbs.
Keep the faith. I was pretty big and I had a heck of a time. I had to burn more than I ate to get rid of the last 5lb. about 2000 cal a day.

Relax your grip. Straighten your wrists. This injury is hard to trace to origin. Mine has to do with deeath gripping everything from pencil to plow planes to coffee mug handles.

I have tried the new D handle and I did not like it. It was bad for me.
