so....who sets the million meter world records? No one, Those records do not exist, above the fm the records are pretty extreem and not really making much sense and for the other distances. Only the 2k is a real worldrecord, everything else is less important. Rowing is about 2k... The rest is train...

Very nice 100K Marving2. I managed 8:00:56.5 last year so quite close on time (although I'm a 45 year old LWT). Especially good considering how little time you've spent on the erg. I also did a 24hr row last weekend and wore the Sunnto heartrate chestbelt for info only really. Averaged around 130BPM...

I've had endless issues with blisters and solved most of them by using a combination of anti-blister tape on the affected fingers, (It's £2.95 for a 10m roll (about $4.70)) and I also wear Domyos weightlifting gloves over the top. For very long distances (marathon etc) I have to tape all my fingers ...
