Thanks for the input. The short quick stride thing is something I've been working with when I can run, it's netted me some pretty good improvements. Critique my routine?
I rowed last year at my college (GVSU in MI), but do not this year. I'm training for the Marines right now, with a goal of running 3 miles in 18:00. Calorie meter
Does anyone know how accurate the calories burned indicator is on the erg? I would imagine that different drag factors/different sized people would make a difference. If this is the case, does anyone have a way to compensate for this or calcualte your actual calories burned?
