Hi, the H10 is compatible with the PM5 and with my FT7 polar heart rate monitor. Sorry I can't help re the iPhone.

Looks like the Model D w/ PM3 will still be $850. The Model D w/ PM4 will be $1000. The PM4 purchased separately is $310 (ouch!).
