Re: Fluttering fan noise
Having spoken to c2 the 'fluttering ' noise is normal and all bike ergs have it. If you are reading this and have a bike erg, you have it. Originally I didn't understand why the row erg and bike erg sounded different and this made me concerned about the bike being faulty. From my investigation...

Re: Fluttering fan noise
Thanks, I'll have another look. I put tape over the perf next to the brackets on the top last week to no effect, but if it's like the model c Rower then there might be a sweet spot/ specific area to cover. It's most noticeable on L1-2 , I can go above that but when the garage temperature is near 0°c...

Re: Fluttering fan noise
:) Ahh the good old card trick. Happy days ! I have had the cover off loads of times and I can't see any foreign objects. C2 did suggest that also when I emailed them. It sort of reminds me of when you turn a bottle of water upside down and the old water-goes-out-air-goes-in thing. Or when your try...

Fluttering fan noise
Does anyone have an explanation for the noisy and annoying fluttering noise produced by the fan especially at level 1 ? It sounds like the air is struggling to get out evenly. It's a little disconcerting and now I can't unnotice it. It's also worse if you switch down from a higher level to level 1...

Re: Logging in Erg Data Constantly Fails with "Networking Error"
Hi, Did you find a solution? We have been having some network issues using ipads /ios Chromebooks work fine. My network admin are working on white listing the app but I haven't heard back from them yet. Have you tried to see if you get any errors using Erg racing ios app? Also.. reach out to conce...

Re: Inhale on the drive or the recovery?
I was always taught to exhale when the body is straining or being put under short physical stress- lifting, throwing pulling etc- to reduce the risk of heart attack. So exhaling on the drive is a good habit IMO, I can't remember the last time I maxed out or did high intensity training but I think for...

Re: stroke rate /force curve errors
yes, I read your posts but figured thay must be different problems and all, what with your erg being older etc. Your force curve looks a lot smoother than mine but my force curve is smoother on an older pm4 though. My force curve irregularities show the y axis value dropping to zero shortly after the...

stroke rate /force curve errors
My new model d is giving me stroke rate jumps up into the 70s on a regular basis . The force curve was jagged and when the stroke rate jumps to 70 the y value drops to zero for an instance before going back up and finishing the curve. I have the new pm5 fitted from new. I tried a pm4 on my erg, the ...
