1609 sounds good to me...

What do you think Team Rowbo? What should we select for the challenge.
4 minutes is now a ranking distance and it seems that the shorter distances have been popular. Should we go for something longer?

A couple of things that I have been changing with the spints are: 1) as Eric mentioned above, I lifted my feet an extra notch. I now have 5 holes showing (Model D foot straps). 2) shorted the length of my stroke...increased the stroke rate from 40-41 to the 45 range... 3) inceased the damper rating ...

Gustaaf, Congrats on that excellent 500m row and I'm glad to hear it was an "all out" effort...I'm going to need the next 27 days to attempt to grab that second seat back....

just an observation....something to take into consideration for when all 10 legs of Nonathlon are completed (I hope I achieve it some day): If someone has 100 points in the '+' column it means they have completed all 10 events - only the top "9" scores are counted to your total, but you get a bonus ...

hmmm....Team Rowbo I....if someone could improve their score by 5 meters, we would move up a slot...

28: 20 pts Free Spirits IV 7549.6m
29: 19 pts Team Rowbo I 7548.8m
(7549.6-7548.8)=.8*5=4 meters

After joining Team Rowbo, I think what you need to do is join the Team Rowbo League, then click on challenges, the mount everest challenge should be listed. Click on results, which at the moment is 0. A post result button should appear, Click on that and I think you are in business.
