FYI...downloaded (paid for) the full version of RowPro and the delay or descrepency on time between my PM3 and my laptop is smaller but there is still a little differnce. Meters, stroke rate, heart rate, and all other metrix are dead on. I also rowed an alternating 500m recovery/500 m 100% effort pi...

Teams in North Carolina For Fall Rowing Challenge?
Any teams in North Carolina participating in the Fall Rowing Challenge coming up that could use what is planned now for that time period in my personal goals as 300,000m? I would rather join a brick and morter team it if will help that group potentially win some prizes for their facility. I don't pe...

Way to stay focused Dazz. I am focused on the same thing. I have had a moderate level of fitness for the last few years but have continued to carry a bit of a gut. Two weeks ago I started an experiment regarding the effects of rowing 750,000m in a 10 week period. To many on this forum they row that ...

] I've done this sort of thing before--Years ago I've decoded a FoxPro data base (of cement plant emissions) that was in binary, and I've recently decoded and modified ErgMonitor Files which actually records every pulse from the flywheel--which is many data points per stroke. Send me a PM and I'll ...

One of the best things I like about rowing on a Concept 2 is it shares a strong kinship with my sport of skateboard racing in that the participants all are willing to share information openly and willingly. That is totally cool.. Thank you all for all of this great information. I am going to purchas...

Hey Guys...I am using the trial version of RowPro and am planning on purchasing the full version by the end of the trial but have a couple of questions one of you may be able to answer: 1. I have noticed that when using the Pace Boat QPB setting the pace I set for the rower turns out to be slower th...

The 10 week goal of 750,000 meters is on track. I am now in day 3 of the second week and have 116,519 m completed so far. My goal of being at 150,000m by this Friday is well within reach..then it will only be 600,000m to go in 8 weeks. I know you guys do more than this but being a casual rower up to...

Thanks ....Citroen... I actually look at all of this stuff like a big salad bar. Not every item there is to my taste so I pick and choose the one's that work and those that don't I just leave them for the next person in line. Also, rowing for me is a way to get fit for my other sport and its turned ...

I was struggling keeping my toes in contact at full extension. Matter of fact I was literally rocked back on my heels with the ball of my foot not touching the plate at all. Your heels need to stay in contact with the plates but not your whole foot. If your forefeet were kept down, then you wouldn'...
