Sore biceps: Most likely you're breaking your elbows a bit as you catch. what car?

What are some of the better cars for carrying a single or double?

Sure a minivan will work as ghudler says. How about smaller cars?

I'm trying to figure out if I can do it with a compact sedan safely for years to come, or if I need to have a station wagon.

watch for overuse

I don't know what your base was before the Holiday Challenge, but I'm guessing from your question that this was a big step up in volume of C2 rowing. I personally think it's healthy to have some variety of exercise besides rowing. Even when I was 18, lots of rowing would make me creaky. More so now....
