Nonathlon update

OK, just added a 500m (I HATE sprints!): 1:39.8, for a total of 3492 for 4 events (moved up 10 spots to 104). I know I can improve my 5K and 10K times: they're 1min and 1.5min (respectively) off of my PRs. But first, I've got to get these sprints outta da way.

Fellow Rowbos: Sorry for the failure to make the 2006 Solstice Row: tied up in airports all day. But to try to make up for it, instead of 21000m on the 21st, I rowed 22000m on the 22nd...does that work?
