Special nutrition shouldn't be required for 6250 meters a day. Maybe keep track of your calories burned and throw a few more holiday goodies into your diet over the holidays.

You can't count riding as rowing. I would be done with the holiday challenge already!

Hi Jack, Do you allow any movement of the hips at all? I had great success recovering from major knee surgery using very limited involvement of the legs.
