btw, ive devised a schedule for myself, but i'm not sure if it's a "good" schedule

Monday- Erg/ Leg Press, Hamstrings
Tuesday- Run/ Biceps/Back
Wednesday - off
Thursday - Shoulders/ Full Legs
Friday - Run/ Erg
Saturday - Erg
Sunday -Run/ Chest/ Triceps

New to rowing

hey. i'm pretty new to rowing, but i'm thinking of joining my college club team this spring, because they have a novice boat. i'm about 5ft 10 and weigh 140 lbs. ive ergged a few time and had a time of 9:01 for my first 2k time. i'm sure this is a pretty weak time, but does anybody have any ideas fo...
