Monday- Erg/ Leg Press, Hamstrings
Tuesday- Run/ Biceps/Back
Wednesday - off
Thursday - Shoulders/ Full Legs
Friday - Run/ Erg
Saturday - Erg
Sunday -Run/ Chest/ Triceps
