Erasing memory on PM3?
My memory is almost filled up in my logcard. I tried to just delete all the users but the times remain and the % of memory is the same. To delete all races one by one is tedious. Any suggestions on how to dump the whole memory. I have no device to plug it into my computer. Thanks for any help :D .

Drag/damper settings is very confusing. so, are you telling me if you were to do a 2K test where you needed the best time possible, you would put the da...

[quote="LJWagner"] Get one of the new scales that can also show your body fat. My nephew went from 205 lbs and 31% fat to 185 and 21% body fat. So he had about 63 lbs of fat to start, and after 38 lbs. Lost 25lbs of fat, but gained 5 lbs of muscle. Never felt tired. You should not be losing much mus...

Thank you again Bill for your compliments and kind words. Dskikes, Hi I imagine that slides are not used in competition because it creates more logistical problems, such as even floors etc. The cost of each venue would go up steeply. Keeping the ergo stationary is far more simple. As for the reason...

Indoor recumbent exercise bikes?
Am patiently waiting for my Concept 2 to arrive.
The streets where I live are getting more and more congested for bicycling.
My question is:
Are there any indoor recumbent exercise bikes that have the same type of following as the Concept 2 rower does?
Thanks and it is nice to be here. Don
