Re: Best watch for rowing?
I use a Garmin Instinct watch. But i bought a separate heart monitor from Garmin (chest belt). Once the heart monitor is coupled to the watch it connects automatically each time you start wearing it. Heart rates from the instinct were much to low while rowing. Resting rate was OK. The heart-rate mon...

Re: What smart watch for rowing + hiking + biking AND what abouw Polar OH1 separate sensor
I bought the Garmin Instinct about a week ago. I will do some testing and try to post the result. For what i learned till now: heartrate watch is accurate but NOT during rowing activities. Highest beat was 108 which is impossible. My separate chest belt indicates up to 160. I'll keep doing some dubb...

I did some search in the forum and found som hints: Seems there are some watches with optical wrest HR-monitoring: as an extra feature: the HR-signal can be transmitted to external devices (such as the PM5 ??) so .... this seems the solution for my question: Starting the workout with the watch: 1. s...

Re: Best HR transmitter for C2 PM5: Garmin or Polar?
Is it possible to use a sportwatch that records the HR in combination with PM5? Wat types are usable?
I would like to start my workout as quick as possible.
So when i'm wearing the watch: switch on PM5 > connect HR > start workout ... Does that work with Bluetooth smart ??

Is a VR-headset or helmet needed to get the experience of VR-rowing?
That might be a problem for the rather active rower who sweats a lot ...

Re: UPDATE to Concept 2 Logbook
I can't upload my workouts (from yesterday evening) from USB using the concept2 utility program in windows. Sometimes i get the error: not connected to the internet. The screen looks like all the workouts on the usb-stick are to be uploaded. I am already logged in in the logbook. I can see the previ...

Re: PM5 USB problems
I have the same problems, not really giving error codes but sometimes the PM5 'hangs' or forgets tot save workouts to the USB-stick. Now i always do the workouts without USB-memory stick inserted. After some days i copy the workouts from internal memory to USB-memory stick. Only disadvantage is that...
