Is there a way to program the workout (including warm up & cool down) into the PM5,
or is it a case of doing the warm up, then program the HIIT and do it, then a seperate cool down?

I'm getting speed, heart rate & power as graphs on Garmin Connect.

............. Both pm4 and 5 can connect to some garmin watches. (310xt and 910xt and some other olser models)....... I am new to Rowing, coming from a running background. About connecting Garmin HRM: You have to wet the sensors on the belt and put the belt on with the Garmin logo up (not upside down). The heartbelt should be placed at the bottom of the chest muscles. At the PM monitor I think you click: More options" - > connect heartrate belt. Garmin, Suunto etc..T...

Got my Model D with PM5 a week ago.
I assume with a USB stick I can upload my training straight to the log on here?
Can someone point me to instructions?
