I was in the novice and varsity 4+ for College of Charleston yesterday. Excellent races in both events, and good luck to your team the rest of the season. Hopefully we'll race again at Vails or ACRA.

I think thats mostly for a boat, when I erg I usually do arms out and body over steps at same rate I go up the slide.

I think that there can be easy and hard ergs, sometimes when you have older ones the chain can get somewhat rusty and be harder to pull.

There was a fairly swift current there, I participated in the Frosh Novice 8 mens. The current wasnt amazingly fast, St. Joes just had a very good race.
