Building a retaining wall has been most of my exercise recently though. Ah...thus are explained the 2,640 block-pounds in your recent training thread report. I figured it wasn't just for the thrill of it. My office is 2 minutes from my house so I go home everyday for a rowing session, take a quick ...

Three kids here as well, and my answer is "all of the above" -- sometimes I erg in the morning, sometimes squeeze in a piece at lunch, very often right after work, occasionally at 9 or 10 in the evening. I do try to plan ahead to figure out when I'll be able to shoehorn erging and/or biking into the...

Run Google Earth and zoom in to wherever you want to start. Placemarks : To add a placemark, look in the lower right of the window for the pushpin icon (or just press CTRL-N). That lets you drop a placemark, which you can then drag to whatever precise spot you want. You can also edit its appearance,...

Here's what I currently do to stay motivated. 1. Participate on a virtual team. The AZ Outlaws captain invited me to join them a few months ago, and it's been a great way to keep the meters going, trying to contribute to the team average, and help catch the team in the spot ahead of you. 2. Cross-tr...

7100m this evening. I'm trying to maintain about 7K/day this season, hoping to hit 1Mm by about August. I'm also new on the forum, after lurking for a while. So..hi everyone!

Our C2 was a Christmas present this past December -- my first rowing on erg or water since college 20 years ago.

You could put "I don't agree" for one of the choices, then they would click that one. A slightly more involved hack, but it would be doable, and you're right, it might indeed fool some of the scripts...and might be necessary if enough of them seem to have "adapted" to the trick above. Many sign up ...

Option #2 is one of the better bot-killers I have seen. The bots come in and supply “true” wherever the variable “agreed” appears in the reg forms – the TOS, the COPPA rules, and so on. There are three files in your phpBB directory structure where this variable appears: admin/admin_users.php , inclu...

Hello Bill, I've been lurking for a while and finally joined. I'm greatly enjoying my C2 and keeping motivated as a member of the AZ Outlaws. Schenley (MomofJBN in the post above) is my better 7/8. This thread caught my eye -- I run a PHPbb forum myself, and the email confirmation plus capcha should...
