Hi Joe, I'm new here, too. I recall having the same feeling: where is everybody. Aren't there a lot more people out there rowing away on C2 ergs with RowPro? Looks like RowPro just release V4.3 to cope with the New PM5 so that's just going to open an even bigger can of worms if your trying to use that as well. Thanks for the tip about applying a thin coating of mineral/baby oil.
I gave it a try, and it does seem that the black spots appearing on the rail has decreased.

FYI: A new version of RowPro has been released. Changes in Release 4.300 •It is now possible to row online in 2D again. •Pace boats now leave the start line correctly in time rows. •The Pace Bar on the right side of the screen now correctly displays information in columns. http://digitalrowing.com/P...
