What were the corrected times after the HC? Mine was -1:00 or 17:51.7, I can't remember who started at what times.

Is there any chance of making one of the two races earlier by say 2 hours? I wonder if we could do a 1600 gmt or 1700 gmt start for one of them this Sunday? I have a schedule conflict this Sunday.

I notice that the scheduled races almost always mess up when we go to the start and we end up doing quick races which is fine. I am not sure why this is happening but I think it has to do with proper time synchronization. I have noticed that if I leave Rowpro running when we are waiting for a start ...

Sorry I missed the 1700 GMT Sunday 6k race. I messed up with the time conversion I was good to go but exactly 1 hour late! Oh well. I did 22:18.2. I think I did a bit of a fly and die (emphasis on the die part) b/c its hard to pace yourself properly without anyone else to race against. Tom (tbever)

I could not make the scheduled race but I did it on my own with PB at 18:09.7. It hurt. As usual.

I did the 500 m tonite, 1:35.7 . This was the first time I tried this distance and it was A LOT harder than I thought! What damper settings/drag factors do you guys usually try? I have the C breeze with damper at 9/drag factor about 145 but I wonder if removing the c breeze with a higher damper sett...

Ernie I had to do the 30 min race today. (kids bday party yest) Distance 7966. Not what I wanted but it was 106 outside and 80 in the room where I row. (tbever 43 hwt)
