Chad, maybe you should pay for Dwayne's trip and accomodation. $5000 might cover it

A good site for your fitness info is http://www.pponline.co.uk/encyc/rowing.htm Protein is very important if you want to develop & repair your muscles. The key weight exercises were back squat, front squat, bench, bench pull (ie lay on a jacked up bench and pull the bar towards you chest, make sure ...

Well John, I guess your ignorance is your bliss. This is a pointless debate, too bad you don't have anything useful to say.

Happy erging

I understand what I posted. Please read the link further and comment again. Any published paper is reviewed by peers. They have established a link to the variables in question. I'm sure I could get a similiar correlation number for people who have blue eyes and row but there is no link to race time....

You're out there John, please review your math & english courses. What Paul said is perfectly clear and is quite useful for changing up the muscles used during rowing.

Chad, please re-read my previous comment.

I noted from some previous posts regarding Xeno's training plan. There was mention of training 2 to 2.5 hrs per day and 200 to 240 Ks per week in a lead up to a competion. Assuming 1 day off per week, its between 34 to 40 K per day on some weeks.

Great move Chad, you've whined so much about times you've forced Concept 2 to make a change to the recording methods such that a machine has to be in a public place. I don't know about you but where I live, not a lot of gyms have C2s and if they do they're stuck in a bad location because the average...

Chad, you're the biggest trash talker. mano a mano, what type of sh*t is that? Have some modesty for once in your life! Sounds like you're capitan of the USIRT under 5s. Provide something useful to the boards instead of telling us how great you are. ie. Training tips, etc. instead of conspiracy theo...

Chad, instead of worrying about other people's times, just concetrate on beating 5:37. Everything else is meaningless if you're a top level athlete.

Not planning to travel across the pond just to go to the BiRC. Saving my money to watch New Zealand win the World Cup in 2007. I don't think any of Dwayne's time's are world record. Although it would make sense to have to fast times in the longer distances since rowing is 85% aerobic over 2000m. Goo...

Its also very easy to tell if its been manipulated by any IT geek. I guess RowPro will have to encript their data, solve the problem. A witness isn't much good if they are in on it.

Lets all pick on the next person with the highest weekly total. I don't believe Chad's times either since they're not from RowPro. No data, no dime.
