The idiot, hands down.

Will rowing every other day, (7-10k meters), keep one in good shape and improve times? This is not at a leisurely pace. This is as opposed to 4-5 times weekly routine. I don't plan on racing this year.

C2 has touted Steve Krum as a former KC Chiefs player, yet his name is not on the official all time roster. Perhaps they got the wrong team? Can't argue with his awsome times!
